Physical Education Curriculum
Our PE curriculum is designed to ensure students develop competence allowing them excel in a broad range of physical activities and therefore participate in physical activity for prolonged periods of time. Students are also encouraged to engage in competitive sports and activities to allow them to lead healthy and active lives. The curriculum is also designed to teach acceptance and engagement with the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.
Each pupil is provided with a revision booklet and extra lessons for GCSE PE are provided from the beginning of the spring term.
